We are recommending lodgement in metro locations by the following dates for delivery by Christmas*:

Parcel Post: Monday 22 December for same state deliveries and Friday 19 December for interstate deliveries**
Express Post: Tuesday 23 December

We do accept size exchanges (non personalised items) within 14 days providing the item is in the same condition as it was sent. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be received & inspected by us before a replacement is posted.

Please note items cannot be returned if they have been personalised.
